I think good health means being strong. To achieve and maintain strength, and to counter the effects of sitting at a computer all day, I work out at least five days a week, alternating between yoga and spin classes.

On Saturdays, Rick and I usually take two back-to-back classes together, first yoga and then spin.

Rick and I are devoted to her German Shepherd, Prophet. Sometimes we have him over for sleepovers.
